The pandemic has seen the landscape and trends of weddings shift. Smaller and multiple events in place of one big wedding day has become common over the last year and ready to wear fashion has become more key than ever before with brides opting for contemporary, sustainable or bold outfits over traditional ivory gown and veil.
Alongside wedding planner, Natalie Hewitt and stylist Gaby Taylor at White Dossier, we wanted to bring this exciting shift in bridal to life and worked with bridal and ready to wear brands including German couturier Kaviar Gauche, contemporary brand Nué studio, Vivienne Westwood and Jenny Packham amongst others. We also partnered with HURR, the fashion rental platform for wedding worthy accessories who are revolutionising the way we buy and wear fashion!
Nour wears an oversized white shirt from With Nothing Underneath, blue cashmere socks from The White Company and a blue headband from Gigi & Olive. Lily wears, a striped silk pyjama set by Asceno London from Gigi & Olive.
A British stately home was the perfect setting for an intimate, elegant tablescape with a soft colour palette which we also brought through into the fashion. Nour wore the Jean lilac Jenny Packham gown. Alisha styled in Vivienne Westwood.
For the evening looks, White Dossier created three distinct looks using a cutting edge blazer and cigarette pants from Kaviar Gauche alongside the most incredible spiral bra from Nue Studio. Alisha wore our favourite, show-stopping bright pink feather Jenny Packham Doris gown.
